Production Visual Display - LED Dot Metrix Tri-Color 24 Character(Thai, English), Display real-time production information to your employees or customers. The display will receive data (RS485 Communication) from a PC / PLC/Machine and update the unit using standard ASCII/Modbus Protocol.

Message Display Board ใช้แสดงข้อความ 24 ตัวอักษร Tri-Color(Red,Green,ambor)โดยแสดงได้ 2 ภาษาคือ ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ  ซึ่งจะทำให้พนักงาน และ ผู้ควบคุมการผลิต ทราบว่าสถานะการทำงานเป็นอย่างไร หรืออาจแสดงข้อความต้อนรับผู้มาเยี่ยมชมหรือ audit โรงงานได้   Board ใช้งานง่าย เพียงต่อไฟ 220VAC. เข้าที่ตัว Board และส่งข้อมูลมาแสดงที่ Board ผ่าน PC/PLC/Machine โดยส่งมาในรูปแบบ standard ASCII/Modbus protocol

เหมาะสำหรับใช้ในงาน Visual Display, Production Real-time Monitoring โดยการนำค่า Production data ต่างๆที่มี จาก PLC หรือ Computer นำมาแสดง ใน Production line หรือ ตำแหน่งที่ต้องการ เพื่อให้พนักงาน, เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต, หัวหน้า, ผู้เยี่ยมชมโรงงาน ได้รู้ความเป็นไปที่เกิดขึ้น สามารถแสดงได้สองภาษาคือ ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ

LED Display จะมีชุด Controller และ Switching Power Supply ให้ในตัว พร้อม Protocol ให้ลูกค้าสามารถ เขียนโปรแกรม ควบคุม LED Display โดย Computer หรือ PLC ได้ง่าย ผ่าน RS232, RS485 หรือ TCP/IP โดยใช้ standard ASCII/Modbus Protocol

สำหรับ ลูกค้าที่ไม่เคยทำ project ในลักษณะนี้มาก่อน อาจไม่มั่นใจว่าจะสามารถเขียน Program ควบคุม หรือ ส่ง data ไปแสดงที่ LED Display ได้ กรณีนี้ บริษัทจะมีตัวอย่าง Source Code ในการเขียน program ให้ด้วย ทำให้การ เขียนโปรแกรมควบคุมการแสดงผล หรือ นำ Data ที่มีไปแสดงที่ LED Display เป็นเรื่องที่ไม่ยากอีกต่อไป
